Please note: Product lines and amounts may vary week to week, but you will receieve your miniumum allocation as a gaurantee.

  • Please bring your own carrier bags with you each week to pantry, we do not provide them.
  • FareShare Kent is one of our main food providers, sometimes the products you receive will be surplus to the food industry, this means they can be short dated or have a product extension letter. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of the team on the day.
  • We do not offer delivery or collections at alternative dates, but someone else can pick up on your behalf if we are informed.
  • We aim to provide our services for at least 48 weeks of the year.
  • Our service is registered with the local authority and is compliant to all food safety standards.
  • Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens. The 14 allergens are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts). If you have an allergy, please let a member of the management team know, so we can try and support you. It is your choice whether to select these products or not. We will highlight all allergen information during the pantry to make you aware.
Payment information
• To become a member, you must have a bank account that can enable Direct Debits to be taken, as well as having a valid email address.
• Our preferred payment for your membership is by Direct Debit on a monthly basis.
• If you are unable to pay by Direct Debit, but want to be part of the scheme, please contact us or speak to a member of the team to explore possible payment method.
• Direct Debit payments will be taken in advance on the 28th of each month, this will give you access to food the following month. Therefore, all Direct Debit mandates need to be completed by the 15th of each month to ensure you can start the following month. Please ensure you have enough funds in your bank.
• Failing to have your Direct Debit payment processed in time and cleared by the bank, could lead to extra charges or your membership being revoked.
• If your payment fails and no funds are received within 4 weeks of its failure – (to cover outstanding amount & current months payment) then your membership will be revoked
and re-allocated to another member. Should you experience difficulties with payment please contact us asap.
• Membership forms need to be completed, along with a paper or electronic Direct Debit mandate.
• You will be issued a membership card that you must bring every week. Your card will vary depending on membership type and will determine the amount of food you can access.
